General online auction terms

Buyer's premium
A Buyers Premium of 15% plus GST = 16.5% will apply to the final hammer price (winning bid) of each item sold.

Viewing & bidding
You can view all items at Gippsland New & Used Wares rooms, during the 7 days of the auction 10am to 5pm daily. We strongly recommend you inspect all items before bidding. If you are unable to bid online, you can come in during viewing hours or contact us to lodge an absentee bid on your behalf.
All items have extended 5 minutes soft bid ending.
The auction will end at 8:53.08pm, as all lots have a 3.5 second extension on the conclusion of each lot (excluding items with soft bid ending).

Payment
You can pay at Gippsland New & Used Wares when picking up items you win. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards (surcharge applies). If we are posting out or delivering your items, please contact us for payment arrangements within 24 hours of auction ending. All items you win, are Hammer Price + Buyer's Premium (16.5% including GST).

Pickup/Delivery or Postage
After the auction ends, we are open for the following 3 days (Friday to Sunday) for pick-ups and payments from 9am to 5pm daily. If delivery or postage is required, please contact Gippsland New & Used Wares for costing.
